1) ADMINISTRATOR WANTEDIsraAID is an International non-governmental organization, which promotes and supports durable solutions during and after disaster all over the world. Focusing primarily (but not exclusively) on Mental Health and Psycho-Social Support (MHPSS), IsraAID is providing MHPSS training, mentoring, and supervision to service providers, survivors, and professionals working in the MHPS field across all of Liberia’s 15 districts. The organization is also evaluating the need for projects in the health, education, and livelihood sectors. The Admin/SLAF, in coordination and cooperation with the supporting staff, and supervised by the Country Director/ Deputy Country Director is expected to substantially contribute to:
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Support the delivery of programming in-line with IsraAID’s mandate and strategy for the Liberia mission, full-time position five days a week; Liaise with CD on meeting daily objectives including managing book-keeping, tracking petty cash expenditures, report writing, and vehicle movements; Work with support staff and CD to ensure the running of the offices and training centre is properly maintained and operated according to regulations.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Formal education in business, management, accounting or other relevant subject which provides training on organizational and bookkeeping skills High level of comfort with computers including but not limited to Microsoft office Minimum of one year experience working in an office or organization in similar position.
